Rabat – Huawei Morocco, in collaboration with the Moroccan Ministry of Higher Education, has launched the 2025 edition of the Seeds for the Future program. This initiative aims to train Moroccan students in advanced technologies and prepare them for careers in the digital sector.
From August 18 to 23, participating university students are embarking on a unique learning experience in Dongguan and Shenzhen, China, two cities renowned for their digital innovation.
The program brings together participants from various countries, including Japan and The Netherlands, creating an international network of young talents. It combines theoretical learning with hands-on practice, focusing on digital tools and other strategic areas.
Students will also visit Huawei’s Innovation Center to explore the company’s latest technologies and gain practical insights. From August 23 to 28, a special academic mobility program will be held in Shenzhen for Moroccan PhD students. This program will focus on cloud computing and digital infrastructures across various sectors.
Participants will meet leading researchers and experts while exploring Huawei’s innovation hubs, enhancing their knowledge in information and communication technologies (ICT).
Jason Chen, Vice President of Huawei Morocco, called Seeds for the Future a “unique opportunity” for young Moroccan talents to receive high-quality training, exposure, and direct access to advanced technologies. He added, “By partnering with our institutional allies, we are preparing the next generation of digital leaders and reinforcing Morocco’s position in global innovation.”
